GENERAL PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Wall lining panels are available in a range of commercially available wood veneers or (HPL) laminates.

PANEL SIZE
W___ x H___ mm Maximum 1200 x 2400 mm.

PANEL CORE
Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF).

THICKNESS
12, 15, 18, 22 or 25 mm.

TIMBER LIPPINGS
Concealed / exposed near match timber hardwood lipping to all four edges before / after applying face finish.
Standard finished: concealed minimum 4mm square, exposed 9mm square.
For HPL finish: timber lipping or 2mm PVC / ABS edge applied to timber lipping.

FINISH AS DELIVERED
Wood veneer – non fire: Two coats high solid ultraviolet (UV) cured lacquer, clear, 30%gloss / other.
Stained.... colour and finished with 2 coats high solid u/v clear lacquer, 30% gloss.
Limed was and finished with one coat high solid u/v clear lacquer, 30% gloss.
Timber lipping: Two coats of high solid acid catalyst lacquer.

Min / max 5 / 9% (as tested to EN322)

SITE CONDITIONS
Conditions for storage, handling, stacking and covering during installation to comply with manufacturers instructions.
Post installation temperature to be in regio 12°c to 21°c and relative humidity range 40% to 60%.
