Order process
By similar method to the door and panel order process we will have received confirmation of specification, dimensions and accepted price, and then programme production to meet the required delivery date.
Rip Saw
To minimise material wastage, suitable thickness boards of the required timber specie are selected for colour and sawn to the required width.
CNC Multi head profile moulder
Sawn timber is planed/moulded on all 4 sides in one pass to the required dimension. At this stage any grooving, bevelling or radiusing is also carried out.
Frame conditioning /Half lap mortice and tennon or mitred
Planed/moulded frame sections are secondary machined on CNC machines to form accurate joint conditions for onsite or factory assembly.
Profile Sanding
Machined sections are fine sanded prior to finishing.
Finishing
Prior to assembly or packaging of component parts the finishing process completes the manufacture. This is carried out depending on the sections by hand spray or uv roller coat applied lacquer.
