We are strengthening our presence in the Midlands and the North of England as part of our long-term growth strategy.
The move includes scaling our dedicated Commercial Team based in Birmingham to support customers across the Midlands and the North, alongside three new appointments at our Partridge Green Head Office in West Sussex.
Our Birmingham-based Sales and Commercial team will manage all sales enquiries for the Midlands and North. Newly appointed to the role of Senior Commercial Manager, Phil Pritchard heads the region, supported by Callum Neilson as Regional Sales Manager and Matt Dobell, who has re-joined us as Regional Sales Manager, responsible for leading sales activity and developing key customer and partner relationships.
At our West Sussex based Head Office we've appointed Ricky Thomas to the newly created role of Head of Commercial. He will lead the Internal Sales and Estimating teams across the UK, bringing more than 20 years’ experience across commercial operations, estimating and delivery within construction and specialist manufacturing.
From architectural ironmongery leaders Franchi and previously Allgood, we have also appointed Anthony Kennedy as Specification Manager. This appointment marks our first dedicated step into the Architect and Design community, representing an important new route to market for us and a key milestone in long-term growth strategy.
Since our inception in 2010, we have continuously grown from a team of 12 to over 240 employees and have strengthen our reputation for fire safety, technical expertise and production efficiency.
In the last financial year, we've achieved an impressive 14% increase in annual revenue and made significant investment in our future growth, alongside a comprehensive brand refresh to strengthen our position with Architects, Contractors and Developers.
