Lacquer or 'Paint' Finish

Read about how we achieve a high-grade painted finish.

Published 01 June 2015

To enhance the distinctive grain patterns of our in house produced panel veneer layons, we apply as standard via a roll coat CNC finishing line, a clear U/V lacquer to a 30% gloss level.

Forza frames and joinery products are hand sprayed with a two coat A/C lacquer process to a 20% gloss level that creates a perfect balance with our panel products.

Should a tinted lacquer, a particular stain or a different gloss level for a chosen veneer or timber be required then our Forza technicians are fully skilled to implement the specification.

All Forza doors, panels and frames are available with a 'paint' finish that is actually an in house spray applied high solid pigmented lacquer. Most commercially recognised RAL colours are available from our lacquer suppliers. 20% gloss is the standard sheen finish, which compliments the other finishes on Forza products. Please contact our sales staff for further information.
