Employee Spotlight: Leanne Bone Sales Office Manager
Approaching her 10-year milestone with the business this month, Leanne’s career is a great example of what progression can look like when commitment meets opportunity.

Like many in the team, she began her journey in Sales Order Processing back in 2016. From there, she moved into a Sales Executive role, before stepping up to Assistant Manager and most recently, into her current position as Sales Office Manager in late 2024.
In her current role, Leanne leads with a clear focus; reliability, professionalism and a strong customer-first mindset. She plays a key role in ensuring the sales function runs smoothly, supporting her team to perform at their best while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. Her approach reflects Forza’s ‘Efficiency Ingrained’ value where every stage of the process, from initial enquiry through to completion, works seamlessly to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience. Reflecting on her career so far, Leanne sees her progression as her proudest achievement:
But it’s not all about process and performance. For Leanne, some of the most memorable moments come from the team culture that defines Forza. One standout highlight was taking part in the previous Dragon Boat Racing event in Crawley, supporting St Catherine’s Hospice. It was a day that brought colleagues together outside of the workplace, full of energy, teamwork and plenty of cheering from the side-lines.
Interestingly, Leanne’s childhood ambition was to become a pilot, drawn by a love of travel and the excitement of flying. While her career has taken a different path, there’s still a fitting parallel today, she’s very much at the helm of the internal sales team, guiding operations, supporting her colleagues and helping steer projects smoothly from enquiry to completion.
