Monday to Friday: 8:30AM – 5:30PM (1 hour lunch)

Your Mission:

As a CRM & Customer Data Manager, your mission is to help power our growth by making our customer, market and sales data work harder and smarter. You’ll be the champion of our CRM system, playing a key role in aligning marketing, sales, and customer service teams. Your goal is to design and manage a streamlined, insight-driven operation that optimises how we win and retain customers.

Job Purpose

This role is all about owning and getting the most out of our data and CRM system, exploiting HubSpot’s full functionality. Your number one customer is the internal teams using the tools and data, you’ll ensure they get the most out of the platform, and that our data is clear, actionable and generates useful insights. You will use our data and systems to improve how we market, sell, and serve our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the owner and administrator of our HubSpot CRM, keeping data clean, processes efficient, and usage high.
  • Build and own key reporting to build a complete picture of our customers.
  • Build and own a working, effective attribution model for clear and effective ROI tracking.
  • Lead on customer experience and satisfaction metric reporting (CSAT, NPS, Retention).
  • Lead CRM adoption and training efforts across the company.
  • Provide daily support to team members using the CRM and any future data tools.
  • Work with sales, marketing, and customer service to fine-tune our data processes and user journeys.
  • Lead on integration and automation with other systems (NBS, Glenigan, supply chain partner data) to boost performance.
  • Support and implement lead scoring, lead routing, and pipeline management strategies.
  • Build reports and dashboards to monitor key business KPIs and operational efficiency.
  • Help evaluate and onboard new tools that enhance our commercial operations.
  • Work closely with IT to run data audits, manage user access, and manage security.
  • Keep on top of system upgrades, features, or integrations to maintain our market-leading position.

Experience:

  • 3 - 5 years hands-on experience with CRM systems, HubSpot essential
  • Proven track record in commercial operations or similar roles
  • Comfortable training and supporting non-technical users
  • Experience in sales and marketing environments

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Highly skilled in Excel and data analysis
  • Confident communicator with solid writing and training skills
  • Commercially aware and systems-savvy
  • Good understanding of sales and marketing tech tools
  • Naturally curious, self-motivated, and detail orientated
