Forza - Defining Doors

Inspirational Design for our Veneered Panels

Vibe Business Interiors Limited combined their technical ability and creative flair to meet their client’s expectations for a mixed work environment of cellular offices and open plan together with a feature central meeting area.

Sequentially matched American Black Walnut veneer doors and frames integrated with a single glazed aluminium partition system formed the cellular offices.

The challenge for the Vibe and Forza teams was to design within budget the central meeting area with a visually curved effect by the use of facetted glass panels, sectional veneer panels and a unique double door and frame set.

The joinery with numbered panels and workshop drawings were supplied by Forza in a phased programme that enabled the Vibe installation team to meet the tight site program.

As an integral part of the building fire escape plan Forza were asked to supply certificated FD30 single and double timber door assemblies.

All Forza fire rated products are certificated under a third party (UKAS approved) scheme carried out by IFC Certification Ltd. and all fire doors supplied by Forza are marked on the top edge of the door by a tamper evident label uniquely numbered under the terms of the IFCC fire performance scheme.

For inclusion in the client’s project completion file Forza provided Vibe Interiors for each fire door supplied a contractor’s certificate detailing method of install and unique number to link with the tamper evident door label.
